Policies

In accordance with our 24 hour cancellation policy, a credit card is required to secure all appointments. No exceptions.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service unless consent is given prior to the appointment. Additionally, minor children are not allowed on the salon floor or in the lobby while an adult is receiving services. You will be charged 50% of your service and asked to reschedule.

Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment. This includes, spouses, friends, or children. Our salon and lobby are not designed to accommodate more people than are scheduled to receive services. Only parents with minor children receiving services will be permitted to remain in the salon.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Food of any kind is not permitted on the salon floor. Please plan accordingly.

RETURN POLICY

All product sales are final.

All Services are non-refundable. If you have any issues with your service please let us know via in person, phone, or email and we will happily try to resolve any issues.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note all appointments are subject to our

24 hour cancellation policy.

 

If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, or you do not arrive for said appointment, your credit card will automatically be charged for 100% of the service.
